SEAT-IN/JOINER BUDGET TOUR:

Joiners group tour is scheduled on a weekend. this focused on travellers who are willing to join other groups to reach the minimum number of participants in a tour. the groups will share the same van and itineraries and will share same room.

  • Travel Dates: Saturday to Sunday

  • Target slots : 12-14 Guests

  • Accommodation: Traditional house, Transient Fan Room, equal sharing basis.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
1. Bawal ang pabebe.
2. Foam lamang ang higaan. Ang homestay po ay isang kwarto lamang kaya sama-sama tayong lahat sa isang kwarto. Ang lamig ng BUSCALAN ang magsisilbing aircon natin.
3. COWBOY ka dapat… Opo, kailangang COWBOY ka!
4. Dalawa lang po ang CR. Isang palikuran at isang paliguan. Hindi po bonga ang CR kaya wag mag expect 🙂
5. 45mins to 1hr po ang trekking mula Brgy. Bugnay hanggang Buscalan village. Para mas kumportable ang ating akyat, mag suot po ng sapatos na pang trekk, trekking sandals or kahit ordinaryong tsinelas lang.
6. 1st come 1st serve ang registration sa tattoo session. Hanggang signature tattoo lang po si APO WHANG OD, nag dedesign lang sya kapag konti ang tao pero depende pa rin yun sa mood nya.
7. Madami pong bata sa BUSCALAN, kung may extra money kayo bili kayo ng candies para sa mga batang taga Buscalan.
8. Wala pong shower ang cr ng homestay. Timba at tabo ang peg dun, kung gusto mo ng maligamgam na tubig pampaligo, kailangan po natin magpakulo ng tubig.

    IMPORTANT

    • Send Booking Inquiry with full tour details through call, text or email with complete details.

    • Scheduled Group Tours is on a First Come First Serve Basis [Seat priority given to Senior, Pregnant and PWD]

    • Holiday and Long Weekend rates are subject to change. Rates are not applicable during Holy week, Christmas and New Year.

    • Tours are subject to weather condition.

    • Accommodations to be provided are local Homestay

    • No Air Conditioned Rooms

    • Most accommodations have shared toilet and bath.

    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    • Pack light 5-6 kg per person is advised. No trolley or hard type luggage.

    • Entrances and/or Fees in optional activities are not included


    TERMS

    Cancellation policy

    • Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

    Important Terms

    • All rates are exclusive of tax

    • All bookings are subject to advance reservation and room space availability upon confirmation. Observe ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE and CLOSED OUT PERIODS during embargo, high and peak days.

    • Any reinstatement of booking will be subject to space availability.

    • Accommodation Standard Check in time is at 1400H and standard check out time is 1200H.

    • Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400H. Late checkouts will automatic charge one (1) night.

    • All rates are based on the lowest category of rooms. Additional charge shall be collected for room upgrade request, Hence, bed configuration are subject to availability upon check in.

    • In case of non-availability of the preferred Accommodation, similar category will be offered.

    • No Show on booked dates will render services forfeited.

    • Confirmed packages are non-rebookable and non-transferrable especially to the pax who didn’t pass the immigration in International Airport.

    • Strictly no cancellation and modification upon confirmation of booking. No refund will be extended for any unused services.

    • In case of Force Majeure (Eg. Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are beyond our control, SJA TRAVEL AND TOURS will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by suppliers.

    GENERAL REMINDERS:

    • Drink only from bottled water for your entire stay in travel to avoid stomach issues which may arise from drinking free or tap water. This is especially for guests with sensitive stomach.

    • Exclusions: Expenses which are personal, extra meals/snacks which are not included in the package and other incidentals which are personal in nature.

    • Guest should wait at the assigned pick-up location 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time for city tour/Island tours/transfers. This is to avoid missing the tour and transfers.

    • Transfer and tours may subject to slight delays for Joiners / Seat-in Type due to the following factors which are beyond our control: (a) Traffic situation and on-going constructions (b) Late guests from other hotels and groups.

    • We will advise guests directly of any changes.
